Founded in 2016, A-OKAY RV Park was created with a simple mission — to provide RV travelers with a peaceful, spacious, and welcoming place that truly feels like home. Located in the quiet countryside of Dothan, Alabama, the park was built from the real-life experiences of owners Larry and Catrina Duke, who spent years traveling across the country in their own 45-foot fifth wheel.
What began as a few RV sites on family property has grown into a thriving RV community with more than 121 RV sites offering overnight, weekly, and monthly accommodations. A-OKAY RV Park is designed to provide guests with comfort, convenience, and a relaxing country atmosphere while still offering modern amenities.
Guests enjoy upgraded Wi-Fi, clean bathhouses, a laundromat, propane filling station, general store, fishing pond, walking trail, shaded grassy sites, and pull-through asphalt pads built to accommodate large RVs comfortably. The property is also home to Texas Longhorn cattle, adding to the unique country charm visitors experience during their stay.
A-OKAY RV Park continues to grow with future plans for additional RV sites, cabins, campsites, community activities, and dining options. Their goal is to create an affordable retirement-style RV community where guests can enjoy peaceful country living, fishing, hiking, bird watching, and a true sense of community.

Larry and Catrina Duke are the proud owners and managers of A-OKAY RV Park. With backgrounds in construction and a lifelong passion for travel, they built their business on hard work, faith, family values, and firsthand experience living the RV lifestyle.
For many years, Larry and Catrina traveled across the country with their family in a 45-foot fifth wheel while working in construction. During their travels, they often found it difficult to locate RV parks that could comfortably accommodate larger rigs while still providing a peaceful and welcoming environment. That experience inspired them to create the kind of RV park they themselves would want to stay in.
After returning home to Dothan, Alabama, they began developing RV spaces on family property. What started as a few sites for personal use quickly grew as long-term campers discovered the quiet atmosphere and hospitality the Dukes provided. Over time, their vision expanded into the thriving A-OKAY RV Park that guests enjoy today.
Larry and Catrina remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the park and are committed to continuously improving the property for their guests. Their long-term vision is to build a relaxing retirement-style RV destination where travelers can enjoy nature, community, and affordable country living.
